SOLUTION: The wearing article has a receiver 3 formed in a shorts-type chassis, and a suction pump being a suction structure is connected to the receiver 3 through a suction tube. Whern 10 the suction pump is activated, urine received by the receiver 3 is suctioned and is discharged outside the chassis. The receiver 3 includes a surface sheet 32 making contact with the body of a wearer, a fluid detecting structure 4 for detecting excretion of urine, a traylike urine receiving continer 5 which is located 15 on a clothes side of the flulid detecting structure 4 and receives the urine, and a moisture absorbing structure 6 which is located on the clothes side of the urine receiving container 5 and absorbs vapor in the chassis 2 . The moisture absorbing structure 6 includes a moisture-permeable sheet 62 located on a body side, a20 liquid-impermeable sheet 63 located on the clothes side, and a moisture-absorbing material 64 located between the sheets 62, 63.Figure 3.</p>
