PURPOSE: A metallic pipe bending apparatus integrated with an acting point force is provided to integrate each acting point force of a positive pressure cylinder and a counterpressure cylinder with each axial center point of rotation for a positive pressure cylinder and a counterpressure cylinder at the same vertical level, thereby preventing the inclination of a rotary shaft by a virtual pressure during a bending process. CONSTITUTION: A metallic pipe bending apparatus integrated with the acting point of force includes a positive pressure cylinder(20), a counterpressure cylinder(30), a supporting plate(100) and a bending board(200). The positive pressure cylinder moves a metallic pipe forward in one direction. The counterpressure cylinder is equipped on a mainframe(10), positioned on the same vertical level as the positive pressure cylinder, and exerts a force on the metallic pipe in the opposite direction of the force by the positive pressure cylinder. The supporting plate is equipped with a through hole on the center part for the movement of the metallic pipe and combined perpendicularly to the front side on the side of the main frame. The bending plate is equipped with a clamp restraining the end part of the metallic pipe and rotates at a constant curvature with a rotational axis rod(220) as a starting point. The axial center point of the rotation of the bending board and the axial center of the clamp are formed respectively on the same vertical level as each acting point force of the positive pressure cylinder and the counterpressure cylinder. |
