<p>The invention relates to a system and a method for monitoring-diagnosing the insulation systems in power transformers (SMD SITP), intended to be employed in evaluating the insulation systems in medium- and high-power transformers. According to the invention, the system comprises a temperature sensors block (), a current sensor (), a voltage sensor (), an absorption/resorption current measuring block () which sends signals to a vibration transducer (), several elements () of known position, an acquisition computer () which sends the basic signals to a data base server (), the signals acquired from the sensors being transferred to the data base server () to be stored, processed and analyzed. The method, as claimed by the invention, uses a specialized monitoring and diagnosing application and comprises four specialized sub-applications, namely: a sub-application () for acquisition, transmission and primary online processing of data, an online storing sub-application (), an online local and remote viewing sub-application () and an offline diagnosing sub-application ().</p> |
