Invention herewith described refers to the reproduction electric power plant for the electric drive of vehicles and belongs to the field of electrical engineering (machinery and equipment for the electric power production and for the electric drive of vehicles).If it acts on the longer arm of the lever(4A) then the driving force via the shorter lever arm (4B), the pusher (10) and the drawbar (7) moves the gear (11), and via the axle (M) it moves the ball tappet (13) with balls (9).The kinetic (driving) energy of balls (9), which is required in a free fall to start the rotor (15) which drives the generator (20), and in this invention it is used without energy loss during starting and the rotors (16 and 17) set in a vertical line, which also run the generators (21 and 22) which produce the electricity free of charge.If the electric power produced by the generator (22) is directed to initiate the starting motor (1), and if to the electric power produced by the generators (20, 21) there is connected the driving motor (1B), then the electric vehicle movement is allowed through the transmission mechanism (24, 1C and 2C) .
