PURPOSE: A lubrication structure of a manual transmission is provided to improve gear shifting performance by minimizing the amount of lubrication oil being supplied to a gear. CONSTITUTION: An output shaft(2) is coaxially arranged at an input shaft(1). Multiple gear stages are arranged between the input shaft and the output shaft. The multiple gear stages respectively include first, second, and third gear shifting stages(3a,3b,3c). A driving gear(1a) is installed to be integrally rotated at the input shaft. A first shift fork(4a) is installed between the driving gear and the first gear shifting stage. A second shift fork(4b) is installed between the first gear shifting stage and the second gear shifting stage. A third shift fork(4c) is installed between the second gear shifting stage and the third gear shifting stage. A lubrication oil storing passage(7) is installed at a predetermined part adjacent to the gear shifting stages.
