PURPOSE: An oxime ester compound is provided to improve photo reactivity by generating alkyl radical by light emission and to maximize light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An oxime ester compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is C1-12 alkyl group or C6-12 aryl group, R2 is hydrogen atom, halogen atom, or C1-6 alkyl group. A photopolymerizable composition is a photopolymerization initiator represented by chemical formula 1 and a photopolymerizable compound. The photopolymerizable compound is an acrylic oligomer with ethylenically unsaturated bond.
