PURPOSE: A high-frequency skin care device for electrotherapy is provided to electrically stimulate skin under epidermis for promoting collagen production or the like in a human body by flowing current through the skin during a treatment. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency skin care device for electrotherapy comprises a handle part(11), a roller base(12), a roller(13), a roller shaft, and a micro needle(14). The handle part, roller base, roller, roller shaft, and micro needle are all made of metals, and supplied with current from a connection terminal(27) which is connected to a charge supply device(2). A connection terminal(16) is formed at the rear end of the handle part for coupling to the connection terminal which is connected to the high-frequency charge supply unit.
