PURPOSE: A duplex stainless steel manufacturing method is provided to prevent interruption of a continuous steelmaking process and to improve productivity by minimizing blockage of a precipitation nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A duplex stainless steel manufacturing method consists of a stage of minute bubbling before slag exclusion after stainless steel reaching a ladle after refining, a stage of excluding floating slags, a stage of inputting a reoxidation prevention flux, a stage of inputting alloy steel and a stage of bubbling. The minute bubbling is performed under the pressure of 1.5-2.5 bar for 15 minutes to 25 minutes. As to a flux, quicklime and alumina are mixed to 1:1 and quicklime and fluorite are input simultaneously. The alloy steel is formed with Fe-Mo and U-Ni to prevent blockage of a precipitation nozzle. Maximum 500 kg of the alloy steel is input per 100 t of the molten steel. The bubbling stage is performed for 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
