PURPOSE: Multiple sensor nodes scattering device and a wireless sensor network construction device including the same are provided to stably collect sensing signals by syntagmatically scattering sensor nodes to the ground. CONSTITUTION: A wireless sensor network construction device(100) includes a plurality of sensor nodes(110) and a sensor node scattering device(120) for scattering the plurality of the sensor nodes. The sensor node scattering device scatters the plurality of the sensor nodes to the ground by using an aircraft or a balloon. When the sensor nodes are arranged on the ground, the sensor nodes construct a wireless network with the sensor node scattering device. The sensor node scattering device syntagmatically scatters the plurality of the sensor nodes at a predetermined height.
