ORGANIC SOLAR CELL AND PREPARING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electron and hole transmission properties by including metal nanoparticles in a photoelectric conversion layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(110) and a metal electrode(150) are arranged to face each other. A photoelectric conversion layer(130) is located between the transparent electrode and the metal electrode. The photoelectric conversion layer includes metal nanoparticles. The metal nanoparticles are dispersed in a blend of an electron acceptor and an electron donor. The diameter of the metal nanoparticle is 30 to 90 nm.
