PURPOSE: A torsion generator formed from a shape memorizing material, a link joint comprising the same and a link unit are provided to control the motion of the joint between two links by torque generated by rotational deformation in a direction of a coil rotating axis depending on the change in temperature. CONSTITUTION: A torsion generator(30) formed from a shape memorizing material comprises a wire formed from a shape memorizing material. The length of the wire depends on temperature change due to power supply. The wire is wound in the form of a torsion spring and both ends of the wire are respectively connected to two links(11,12). The torque for two links is supplied using the rotational distortion in the direction of the rotating shaft of a spring coil depending on length change. |
