PURPOSE: A film screen print device and a screen print method using the same are provided to obtain stability and accuracy of screen printing by stably pulling a film with fixed tension. CONSTITUTION: A film screen print device comprises a transfer unit(30), a screen print unit(10), and a main body. The transfer unit gradually moves a film in a predetermined direction. The screen print unit forms a print layer through a screen print at an inner surface of a film. One or more dry units are alternately arranged at the main body. A drum type blowing roller is installed in a furnace of the dry unit, and the dry unit dries the print layer. A support ring is arranged at the drum type blowing roller preventing friction between the print layer and an outer diameter surface of the blowing roller, and the drum type blowing roller obtains a blowing path between the print layer and the outer diameter surface of the blowing roller.
