PURPOSE: A haptic feedback device and a portable electronic device thereof are provided to prevent the over vibration of a vibration plate by arranging a shock absorption member between the vibration plate and a case. CONSTITUTION: A vibration member(10) is installed on a case in order to be vibrated. A vibration device(20) is installed in the vibration member and generates vibration. A mass member is attached to a vibration member. A first shock absorption member(30) prevents a collision between the vibration member and the case. The first shock absorption member is formed in the vibration member.
