PURPOSE: A tool for cleaning both sides of a window in a balcony of an apartment and a cleaning method using the same are provided to easily clean the window by performing cleaning work while attaching and separating a sub cleaner to a main body of the tool. CONSTITUTION: A tool for cleaning both sides of a window in a balcony of an apartment comprises a main body of the tool(10), a main cleaner(20), a magnetic member(30), and a pair of cleaning tools. The pair of cleaning tools surrounds a pair of main cleaners and is detachably fixed to the main body of the cleaning tool. The pair of cleaning tools includes a sub cleaner(40) contacting to a surface of the window(1). The window is firstly cleaned by the sub cleaner and is secondly cleaned by the main cleaner exposed to the outside after the sub cleaner is removed.
