PURPOSE: An information providing control system using bio-information and a method thereof are provided to prevent unjustifiable user by executing information blocking by authenticating the bio-information according to a predetermined rule. CONSTITUTION: A bio-information management server(400) stores a collection rule of bio-information. A bio-information management server stores usage information and the bio-information related to the information use of a database server. A monitoring unit(510) obtains control information executed in a work server. A determination unit(520) determines whether the bio-information is collected according to a collection rule. A determination unit outputs a control signal related to the collection of the bio-information when the bio-information is necessary to be collected. A collection unit(530) transmits a bio-information collection message to a terminal according to the control signal of the determination unit.
