POLYMERIZED TONER AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polymerized toner is provided to implement an excellent glossiness and hot-offset temperature by including wax in which the weight-average molecular weight is 300-1,000 and oil content is 1% or less. CONSTITUTION: A polymerized toner includes wax in which the weight-average molecular weight is 300-1,000, and oil content is 1% or less. The content of wax is 5-30 parts by weight based on the total weight of the toner. The wax has the ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight-average molecular weight(Mw) to the number average molecular weight(Mn) of 1.5 or less. The wax is paraffin wax or microcrystalline wax. The toner has the glossiness of 35 or more, and the hot-offset occurrence temperature of 160deg.C or more on printing paper. The toner manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a monomer mixture including the monomer for the binder resin and wax are formed; and a monomer mixture is suspension-polymerized.
