PURPOSE: A walking band is provided to enable abdominal motion during walking by changing the position of a force applied to a strand. CONSTITUTION: A walking band comprises: a band main body(1) which is slung on the back such as a bag; a shoulder strand(10) which is connected to the main body; an elastic strand(7) which is mounted at the back portion; and a strand fixed at the back upper portion of a fixing pin body.
