PURPOSE: An LED module for an electronic sign and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent degradation and condensation by improving heat dissipation and moisture-proofing by forming a penetration unit for silicon to be absorbed into a space unit of a lens in which a SMD LED is inserted into. CONSTITUTION: A space unit(13) inserts a SMD LED(2) into the bottom surface of a lens(10). A penetration unit(12) is connected to the space unit and the outer surface of the lens, and absorbs silicon(3) coated on the upper side of a PCB(1) to the space unit. The lens forms a flat unit(11) in the upper side and is easily carried to an automated instrument by being sucked. |
