PNA microarray chip for a differential diagnosis of the genotype of canine parvovirus and the method for diagnosing using the same

PURPOSE: A PNA microarray chip for detecting canine parvovirus genotype is provided to enhance high sensitivity and to distinguish genotype. CONSTITUTION: A PNA microarray chip for determining and diagnosing canine parvovirus contains a peptide nucleic acid(PNA) of sequence numbers 1-6. A method for determining canine parvovirus genotype comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a sample; a step of amplifying a target DNA by PCR; a step of hybridizing the target DNA with PNA probe of sequence numbers 1-6; a step of scanning the resultant; and a step of determining genotype by reading scanning result.
