An electronic device having a flat panel display is provided to realize a thin structure since a circuit board is disposed not to be overlapped with a battery and a flat panel display, and to facilitate assembly of a base and a cover. An electronic device(100) comprises a base(101), a cover(145), a battery(120), a flat panel display(125), and a circuit board(135). The base and cover are assembled to each other defining an internal space. The battery is disposed at a side of the internal space. The flat panel display is disposed at a side of the internal space to be overlapped with the battery, comprising a plurality of projections(127,128,129) projecting on the opposite sides of the flat panel display to position the flat panel display in the base, wherein the base comprises a plurality of brackets(106,107,108) for receiving the projections. The circuit board is disposed at the other side of the internal space, not to be overlapped with the flat panel display. |
