PURPOSE: A sprayed water amount measuring device and a sprayed water amount measuring method using the same are provided to obtain a real sprayed water amount data by spraying a uniform amount of cooling water through a nozzle before and after measuring. CONSTITUTION: A sprayed water amount measuring device comprises a spray nozzle(6), a collecting tank(9), a plurality of electrode rods(7), and a measurement booth. The spray nozzle is connected to a cooling water line including a flow rate controlling valve. The collecting tank is arranged in the lower part of the spray nozzle, thereby collecting cooling water sprayed from the spray nozzle. The collecting tank is partitioned into a plurality of collecting cells where a cathode sensor is installed respectively. The electrode rod is arranged in the upper part of the collecting tank corresponding to at least some of the collecting cells. The measurement booth receives the spray nozzle, the collecting tank, and the electrode rods. |
