An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having an image sensing function is provided to make a size of photo TFTs installed in R and B pixel units bigger than a size of a photo TFT installed in a G pixel unit, thereby obtaining overall uniform images capable of light sensing even for a short time. A pixel area comprises pixels including RGB(Red, Green and Blue) sub pixels. First and second switching TFTs(Thin Film Transistors)(106,170) are respectively installed in the RGB sub pixels. First to third photo TFTs(140) are respectively installed within the RGB sub pixels. A size of the first and second photo TFT device disposed within the RGB sub pixel is bigger than a size of the third photo TFT device. |
