PURPOSE: A service providing method and a device thereof are provided to supply on-off line advertisement or marketing based on the evaluation of a member store from consumers. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal(110) provides results of evaluation of products or a member store for a service providing server(130). A second terminal(120) requests the registration of the member store or the products to the service providing server. If the service providing server approves the registration, the second terminal sets a game event corresponding to the products or the member store through the service providing server. The service providing server provides the provided evaluation result and member store information for another user.
