摘要 PURPOSE: A pancreatic islet which introduced exendin-4 connected with secretion signal peptide and diabetes treatment method using thereof are provided to increase insulin secretion effect and reactivity for glucose by using small amount of pancreas islet. CONSTITUTION: A pancreatic islet which introduced exendin-4 connected with secretion signal peptide can be obtained by introducing a vector including genes construct which is connected with genes which codes exendin-4 in order to be operable and a gene which codes a secretion signal peptide. The secretion signal peptide has a base sequence which is represented by sequence number 1[SEQ ID NO:1]. The exendin-4 gene has a base sequence which is represented by sequence number 2. The vector is lentivirus vector, retrovirus vector, and adenovirus vector, or non-viral vector.
