PURPOSE: A medical image providing method using near field communication and a device thereof are provided to obtain an examination image for an examinee based on examinee identification information which is received through NFC(Near Field Communication) from an examinee terminal. CONSTITUTION: A medical image providing device receives examinee identification information by reading an NFC tag of an examinee terminal(S410). The medical image providing device searches information for an object(S420). The medical image providing device obtains an examination image for the object through an image obtainment unit(S430). The medical image providing device displays the examination image on a display unit(S440). The medical image providing device transmits the examination image to a server or the examinee terminal through a communication unit(S450).
