PURPOSE: A ring setting apparatus for a micro-drill bit is provided to automatically setting a ring on a drill bit by including a conveyor for feeding and ejecting the drill bit, and a setting unit for adjusting the height of the drill bit and setting the ring. CONSTITUTION: A ring setting apparatus for a micro-drill bit includes two feeding conveyors(1), a feeder(2), two transfers(3), a turntable(4), a setting unit(5), a reversing unit(6). The feeder moves trays supplied through the feeding conveyors so that the transfers can be capable of sequentially gripping the drill bits. The transfers grip the supplied drill bits, and transferring the drill bits to the holder of the turntable or the drill bits of the holder to the conveyors. The turntable is horizontally rotated by an actuating unit, and has multiple fixing blocks. The drill bits transferred by the transfers are fit and fixed to the fixing blocks. The setting unit fits rings to the drill bits fixed on the fixing blocks, and sets the positions of the rings. The reversing unit separates the drill bits set with the rings from the fixing blocks, reverses the drill bits up and down, and ejects the drill bits. |
