PURPOSE: Manufacturing method and device for a coil spring pin are provided to minimize defect by gradationally pressurizing a coil spring pin and to manufacture coil spring pins with various lengths. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a coil spring pin comprises the following steps: supplying a thin steel plate(110) with elasticity at a predetermined width; molding a cutting groove(230) on the top of the steel plate by lowering the caulking punching unit when the supplied steel pate is positioned in a caulking punching unit(200); spirally winding one side of the steel plate by first, second, and third pressurization when the steel plate with the cutting groove is positioned in a pressurization unit; and cutting the cutting groove by punching a coil spring pin when the spirally wound coil spring pin is positioned in a cutting unit. The supply of the steel plate is made by a pressurization cycle.
