Proposed structure comprises thrust transfer device 9 furnished with two lateral links 90 and cross-arm 91 arranged at support 42 and jointed thereto by cross-arm primary connector 100 to make cross-arm hinge axle 104 located in plane P. Said cross-arm is fitted at said support 42 using cross-arm secondary connector 108 located at certain distance from said primary connector 100, if seen from top to make cross-arm secondary hinge axle (PO) located also in said plane P.
