FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: method to test DC electric machines by method of mutual loading, when anchor windings of engines are connected in parallel and to a controlled source of DC voltage, and windings of engine and generator excitation are connected to controlled DC sources. At the same time current i of anchor windings and current iof engine excitation are measured, using the measurement results, the excitation flow is calculated as ?-?(i), as well as electromagnetic torque of the engine using the formula M=k?(i)i, where k - a structural constant of the engine, the calculated value of the torque is compared with the specified value of the load torque M, and the disparity ?=M-M is calculated, depending on the value of disparity r, the generator excitation current is controlled using the logic of stabilisation of the load torque M=M.EFFECT: improved accuracy of mechanical load maintenance in process of long tests and expansion of functional capabilities of the method of mutual loading under tests of DC electric machines, control, stabilisation or variation according to the program of machine load mechanical torque.2 dwg |
