The reactor is a container having two nozzles at its inlet: a nozzle for feeding the minor part of the gas stream ranging from 0.8% to 1.0% into the container with the reactant and a nozzle for feeding vapour of the reactant from the container into the reactor. At the reactor output there is a filter which traps RuOand a mesh which prevents rapture of the filter.
