Mix is prepared on the basis of metal nitrate powder and liquid organic compound in the form of polyatomic alcohol at the following molar ratio of said mix: liquid organic compound: metal nitrate = 1 : (2-3). Metal nitrate is pre-dried at 130-150°C. Note here that metal nitrate comprises metal selected from auxiliary subgroup of metals of the 1group of periodic table or metal from group of iron.
