VOLTAGE SCALING DEVICE OF SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY

PURPOSE: A voltage regulating device of a semiconductor memory is provided to stably supply a voltage by sensing the voltage change of a chip and feeding back the voltage change to a voltage supply terminal. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(110) measures the number of cells which delay a clock signal with one cycle through a delay locked loop to which a clock signal of a constant frequency is inputted. A temperature sensor(130) senses the temperature of a semiconductor memory chip. A voltage regulator(150) regulates the supply voltage of a semiconductor memory by a locking value corresponding to the number of cells measured by the measuring unit and the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor.
