<p>A riser section comprises a main pipe (2) and at least one parallel external auxiliary conduit (3) joined to the main pipe by mechanical connectors (5, 6) and a rotary locking ring (9). The auxiliary conduit is connected to the main pipe by a first fixing (7) at one end, while its other end is connected to the locking ring (9) by a second fixing (8) with a plate (11) that enables it to transmit longitudinal forces. The ring is fixed from lengthwise movement on its connector (6), while the first fixing (7) has a flange (10) with orifices for the auxiliary conduits. The main pipe is made from fretted steel reinforced by composition strips.</p> |
