PURPOSE: A low noise amplifier and an embedded front end module including the same are provided to restrict the noise of inside from being delivered to the circuit components of different bands by mounting an inductor for separation at a noise delivering path between the source terminals of the low noise amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) comprises a first area(111) and a second part(112). A low noise amplifier(200) , a switch flexor(300), and an antenna(400) are successively integrated on the first area of the substrate. The antenna comprises receiving terminals(410,420,430) for receiving external signals at a top part. The signals of different bands received from the antenna are delivered to the low noise amplifier after being separated according to frequency bands. A via(160) is arranged penetrating an insulating layer(170) at the second area of the substrate. An output terminal(165) is arranged at one end of the via. |
