PURPOSE: A solid and liquid separator is provided to separate and discharge dehydrated solid materials by dehydrating waste liquid through dehydrating holes on a drum screen with the centrifugal force, and to be able to guide to wash the dehydrating holes with a scraper which moves by the centrifugal force in order to contact to the inner surface of the drum screen and to easily discharge the dehydrated solid materials. CONSTITUTION: A solid and liquid separator comprises a base frame, a case, a drum screen part, a feeding means(400) for feeding waste liquid containing solid materials, a scraping means(500) for removing solid materials positioned in dehydrating holes, and a driving means. The feeding means comprises a discharging pipe; a supplying pipe for transferring waste liquid; and a rotating pipe. The drum screen part comprises a drum screen formed with multiple dehydrating holes; a screen panel formed with multiple solid material outlets; a first screen rotating pipe; and a second screen rotating pipe. The scraping means comprises installation flanges(510); a frame(520); an installation post(530); fixing brackets(540); and a scraper(550). The installation flanges are fixed to each flange of the discharging pipe respectively, rotate identically, and have multiple guide posts(512) protruded along the circumference. The frame is formed to be parallel with the longitudinal direction of the discharging pipe, and has an insertion hole(522) penetrated inside. The installation post has a guide hole(532) on one end in order to be able to move along the guide posts of each installation flange, and is inserted into the insertion hole of the frame on the other end. The scraper is equipped in each fixing bracket in a detachable manner. In rotation of the feeding means, the frame and the installation post move into the drum screen along the guide posts of the installation flange, and the scraper scrapes the inner surface of the drum screen. |
