PURPOSE: A feeding board manufacturing device of a hog raising feeder is provided to effectively press a feeding board by lifting a movable mold member mounted on a lower mold part when an upper mold part decreases to pressurize a steel sheet settled on the upper end of the lower part mold from above. CONSTITUTION: A feeding board manufacturing device of a hog raising feeder includes an upper mold frame(110) and a lower mold frame(210). The lower mold frame is separated from a second fixed plate(212) and comprises a lower mold(220) having a shape whereby the water containing space and the feed containing space of the feeding board are mutually corresponded. The lower mold is installed with a first fixing mold member(222) and a second fixed mold member(224) on concentric circles. An operation mold member(226) is installed on a concentric circle outside of the second fixed mold member. The first fixing mold member molds the feed containing space of the feeding board plate while the second fixing mold member molds the water containing space of the feeding board. The operation mold member is interlocked with the rim part of the upper mold to mold the rim of the feeding board, when the operation mold member descends. The second fixing mold member is relatively fixed, and the wall of the rim of the feeding board is drawn in the direction of the water by the descending pressure of the upper mold by a hydraulic press, whereby the rim part of the feeding board is molded. |
