PURPOSE: An ankle joint exercise equipment is provided to strengthen muscle and to maintain right posture and charming body shape. CONSTITUTION: An ankle joint exercise comprises: a bottom plate(10) which is placed on the indoor bottom; a pair of footstools(20,20') for placing feet, with a back lower portion which is rotationally fixed with a rotary shaft; and a wheel(30) which is mounted between the bottom side of the footstool and the bottom plate for smooth rotation.
