An ice making unit and a refrigerator having the same are provided to facilitate separating ice from an ice making tray by limiting the rotation angle of the driven shaft of a plurality of ice making trays and differentiating the rotation angle of a driving shaft and the driven shaft and twisting the ice making tray. The refrigerator comprises an ice making unit(30). The ice making unit comprises a plurality of ice making trays(310U,310L), a lever part(341), and a stopper(314). A plurality of ice making trays produce ice. The lever part is connected to each ice making tray and rotates a plurality of ice making trays at the same time. The stopper prevents one among a pair of rotary shafts of the ice making tray from rotating over fixed angle to twist the ice making tray in rotating the ice making tray. |
