PURPOSE: A remote starting device using a genuine remote controller is provided to simultaneously perform closing operation and a starting control by the number of received times of a signal detected within a specific time in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A remote starting control device(300) includes a second reception unit(310), a timer(321), a second control unit(320) and a starting motor(330). The second reception unit simultaneously receives a wireless control signal for door opening and closing received from a first reception unit(210). The timer checks the door closing signal of the transmitted wireless control signals from the second reception unit and determines whether to control starting from the number of received times of the closing signals within a specific time. The second control unit includes a counter checking the number of the received door closing signals. The starting motor operates by the control signal transmitted from the second control unit.
