PURPOSE: A tent for fishing is provided to enable to fish by sitting inside a tent and to facilitate to use by enabling convenient access to the tent. CONSTITUTION: A tent for fishing comprises a tent fabric(10), a tent frame(20), a fishing rod holder part, a window member(50), and a door member. The tent fabric is formed with entrances in the front and rear side and ventilation holes(13) for windows in both sides. The fishing rod holder part laterally interposes a first elastic member in the lower end. The fishing rod holder is positioned in the top end of an entrance. The door member is automatically restored by a second elastic member(42) which is connected with the tent fabric.
