PURPOSE: Complex exercise equipment with erector movement, hip joint movement, and bowel movement functions is provided to ensure convenient use everywhere and to promote movement of waist and hip joint muscle. CONSTITUTION: A complex exercise with erector movement, hip joint movement, and bowel movement functions comprises: a base(10); a rotator(20) which is rotationally mounted on the base; a muscular motion actuator which twists both legs by pendular movement and promotes muscular motion; a leg hanger(42) with a leg placement groove for placing user's legs; a rotation unit(50) which induces pendular movement of the muscular motion actuator and the leg hanger based on the base.
