PURPOSE: An oil storage tank for a ship and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the cleaning time of an oil storage tank by installing an anti-fouling layer in an unscavengeable section. CONSTITUTION: An oil storage tank for a ship comprises a tank body(210), a cleaning device(230), multiple reinforcing members(220), and an anti-fouling layer(240). The tank body forms an oil storage space. The cleaning device is installed inside the tank body. The reinforcing member is arranged inside the tank body, and reinforces the strength of the tank body.
