PURPOSE: An indoor temperature rising prevention method of a parking vehicle is provided to prevent wastes caused by unnecessary forcible circulation by detecting existence of human or animals inside the vehicle with a CO2 sensor and by performing the forcible circulation. CONSTITUTION: A window of a vehicle descends as predetermined intervals and is opened by operating a window motor with a controller, and a blow motor is operated in order to perform a forcible circulation mode to draw air in the outside of the vehicle when measured indoor temperature maintains over standard temperature for standard time(S60). Voltage of a vehicle battery is detected and is compared with a predetermined standard voltage.
