The invention relates to a device for maintaining the temperature of an alcoholic beverage, including a temperature-controlling device and a container that is capable of receiving the alcoholic beverage and that is particularly adapted for decanting and aerating said alcoholic beverage. The container includes a lower surface, and the temperature-controlling device includes a heat-transport layer that is arranged on a portion of the lower surface of the container so as to control the temperature of said liquid.
