PURPOSE: A coated diffuser cap for an LED lamp is provided to disperse light at a wide angle. CONSTITUTION: An LED device(102) is formed on a substrate. A heat sink(114) is connected to the LED device. A cap(126) is fixed on the substrate. The cap covers the LED device and includes coating materials with a diffusion property and a reflection property.
