PURPOSE: A foreign substance removing unit of a suction plate and a reinforcement sealing device of a flat display cell are provided to prevent an accident about a fall of a flat display cell during a reinforcement sealing task by using the foreign substance removing unit. CONSTITUTION: A pickup hand(110) of a first transfer unit comprises a plurality of suction plates(112) which is extended in parallel at the same intervals. A base(111) supports the suction plates. A brush(125A) comprises a brush stick(126A) which is supported by a support stand(117) and is protruded to an X-axis direction. The brush comprises a plurality of brush hairs(127A) which removes foreign substances in a suction side(114).
