ABSTRACT - 597499 The disclosure relates to a composition comprising: (A) at least one biologically active agent, wherein said biologically active agent comprises at least one peptide, mucopolysaccharide, carbohydrate, or lipid, preferably a human growth hormone, interferon, insulin, heparin, cromolyn sodium, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone, erythropoietin and the like; and (B) a benzyloxyphenyl derivative compound such as 4-(benzyloxy)-2-chlorobenzoic acid represented by the structural formula shown herein.
