PURPOSE: A photovoltaic generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the contact area of connection parts and a back electrode layer, and to reduce contact resistance. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer(500) is arranged on the buffer layer. The back electrode layer includes a first electrode part and a second electrode part. |
