PURPOSE: A wireless internet access control system based on location information and a method thereof are provided to increase security when a user uses a wireless Internet of a mobile terminal using WiFi. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Access Point) information checking unit(12) receives an AP signal from at least one AP. The AP information checking unit checks AP information. A terminal location checking unit(13) checks the location information of a mobile terminal. An area comparing unit(14) compares terminal zone information which allows an Internet access using WiFi with location information of the mobile terminal. A controller(15) determines whether the mobile terminal allows an Internet access by WiFi. |
