A digital governor controller is provided to tune a gain valve of a PID controller rapidly by including a dial type gain tuning unit, and to make the gain valve not to be changed by outer environment. A digital governor controller comprises a gain tuning unit(160), a governor controller(170), a PID(Proportional Integrate Derivative) controller(110). The gain tuning unit tunes a gain value by rotation of dials. The governor controller controls performance of PID control calculation. The PID controller performs the PID control calculation with respect to a difference value between engine rotation speed and predetermined target speed with a gain value tuned by the gain tuning unit according to control of the governor controller. |
